Dave and Lori Ventimiglia, Founders and Executive Directors of Monarch Center for Family Healing, met in 1991 while working in Residential Treatment Centers for at-risk youth.The couple shared a passion for working with at-risk youth as well as for the outdoors and in the ensuing 15 years have worked tirelessly to create - and re-create - a program of the utmost integrity and effectiveness.

Throughout the careful tending to their business, Lori and Dave have had three children, Shayna-8, Sierra-5 and Adam-4. The couple enjoys raising the children just blocks away from the Monarch Center headquarters in the small mountain community of Georgetown, Colorado.
